This product is very good. I have used this item for over two years now and will continue to do so. The only thing I wish could happen is for VTech to think about selling the base charger separate because the one I had got a short in the cord, which caused my phone not to charge. I had to buy the whole item which was the charger & the phone, which I didn’t need. So now I have two phones and one charger.
